1 Corinthians 16
Trusting Jesus Is Simple But Not Easey

Following Jesus is simple, but it is not easy. Paul closes his first letter to the Corinthians not with grand theology, but with practical instructions that carry a consistent challenge: trusting a crucified and risen Lord makes real demands on your life, your resources, and your sense of power. From building generosity into your routine to serving others without seeking the spotlight, the call is clear. Be vigilant, stand firm, be courageous, be strong, and do everything in love. The strength and courage Paul describes look nothing like what our culture prizes. They look like Jesus, who laid down His life and rose victorious. Following Jesus will cost you something, but the One you are following has already proven He can be trusted with everything you give Him.
