2 Peter 3
Procrastination to Purpose

Many Christians struggle with spiritual procrastination, especially when it comes to reaching their neighbors for Christ. We often listen to voices that suggest sharing our faith isn't urgent, filling our time with less important tasks instead. Peter warns against scoffers who mistake God's patience for inaction. To overcome this, we must remember that God's delay is an opportunity for more people to come to repentance. Building authentic relationships with neighbors requires putting first things first - like placing big rocks in a jar before the sand. This means honest self-assessment of our character and chemistry with neighbors, being gospel-ready, and taking practical steps to serve our community with genuine love.
