Exodus 16:1-17:7
Daily Manna

After the Israelites' miraculous deliverance from Egypt, they faced everyday challenges in the wilderness that tested their faith. Through three tests involving bitter water, manna, and water from a rock, God taught them to trust His daily provision. These experiences established important spiritual rhythms: bringing problems to God, listening carefully to His guidance, practicing daily dependence, observing Sabbath rest, and remembering His faithfulness. Rather than waiting for spiritual crises, we're called to build regular habits that help us connect with God, recognizing that the God who performs miracles also faithfully provides in our ordinary day-to-day lives.
